Tracts MCu-A and MCu-354A ORDINANCE NO. 4260 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett granting to the United States of America and its assigns a right of way for a term of ten (10) years for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric power transmission circuits, together with the necessary equipment and facilities appurtenant thereto, over and across the City of Everett water pipe lines in Section 22, Township 28 North, Range 7 East, Willamette Meridian, and Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 6 Fast, Willamette Meridian, all in Snohomish County, Washington. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1., The City of Everett does hereby grant unto the United States of America and its assigns the right and privilege for a term of ten (10) years to construct, operate and maintain one or more electric power transmission circuits, together with all necessary equipment and facilities appurtenant thereto that may be necessary or convenient for the efficient operation and maintenance of said electric power transmission circuits, over and across property of the City of Everett, as follows: Crossing over water pipe line at BPA survey station 67+34.2 g water line survey station 389+50 in Section 22, Township 28 North, Range 7 East, Willamette Meridian, Snohomish County, Washington; Crossing over three 48" water pipe lines at BPA survey station 7828+48.2 so pipe line survey station 681+12.3 in Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 6 East, Willamette Meridian, Snohomish County, Washington, the exact location and manner of construction of said electric power transmission circuits is set forth on drawings, serial numbers 142001 DTM-D, 142001A DTM-D, 142011 DTM-D and 142011A DTM-D, on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Everett, Washington. Section 2. The foregoing grant is made subject to the following conditions: (a) The United States of America or its assigns shall give to the City of Everett a ten-day written notice of its intention to construct, operate and maintain any additional electric power transmission circuits not herein described.
