1 ORDINANCE NO. L\ 2 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment 3 and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 682 for the improvement of: 4 Evergreen Way, from the northern extremity of the 5 proposed. State Highway interchange at the inter- section of Casino Road and Evergreen Way, (320 M/L 6 northeasterly of the intersection of Evergreen Way and Casino Road) , to the south end at the existing 7 widening of Ttereve Drive, 8 by the widening of the existing roadway, 6 .5 feet on each side with the proper sub-base and Asphaltic concrete pavement, inclu- 9 ding Asphaltic concrete overlay of the existing pavement, channelization in center to provide for two-way left turns; 10 remove and replace existing facilities where necessary; by the installation of the necessary drainage facilities and making 11 all necessary adjustments, by the construction or reconstruction where necessary of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and. 12 hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or re- grading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be 13 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City 14 Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No . 6993 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof 15 against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rolls, providing for the issuance of 16 bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof . 17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 18 SECTION 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 682 for the improvement of: 19 Evergreen Way, from the northern extremity of the 20 proposed State Highway interchange at the inter- section of Casino Road and Evergreen Way, (320 M/L 21 northeasterly of the intersection of Evergreen Way and Casino Road) , to the south end at the existing 22 widening of Ttereve Drive, 23 by the widening of the existing roadway, 6 .5 feet on each side with the proper sub-base and Asphaltic concrete pavement, in- 24 eluding Asphaltic concrete overlay of the existing pavement, channelization in center to provide for two-way left turns; 25 remove and replace existing facilities where necessary; by the installation of the necessary drainage facilities and making 26 all necessary adjustments, by the construction or reconstruc- tion where necessary of all sewers , side sewers, water mains 27 and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may 28 be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City 29 Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No . 6998 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands , be, and the same is 30 hereby in all things approved and confirmed . 31 32
