; t '' 1 r - - IN. 11 G I R ORDINANCE NO. 10-G1 C\Ii' l 2 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF: 3 '• Maple Street from 22nd Street to 23rd Street and the alley west of Maple from 22nd Street to 23rd 4 Street. 5 WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the streets and alleys above 6 '`; described have duly filed a petition with the City Council of ° the City of Everett praying for vacation of said streets and • 7 alleys, and, 8 WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 8th day of November, 1967, 9 at 9:00 a .m. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition, and, 1011 WHEREAS, due. and legal notice of the time and place of 111 said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and, 12 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing objec- 13 s tions to the vacating of the herein described streets were heard and discussed, and, 14 i WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City 15of Everett that a portion of said street and alley'petitioned p to be vacated should be vacated, 16 ' NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: �.
