y <br /> (f) Commercial refuse None .45 <br /> trucks <br /> (g) All refuse delivered <br /> by methods in vehicles <br /> other than above listed None .45 <br /> The Sanitation Superintendent, or the collector of refuse <br /> duly authorized by the City acting under the direction of <br /> the Sanitation Superintendent, shall issue to all resi- <br /> dents of the City of Everett paying for garbage service <br /> to the collector of refuse and or the City of Everett on <br /> a regular weekly or monthly basis a tag, sticker, or other <br /> appropriate marker which can be either carried or displayed <br /> upon private passenger motor vehicles . The right to pos- <br /> sess said appropriate marker shall be valid so long as the <br /> private resident owner residing in the City of Everett is <br /> current and has paid in full said collector of refuse <br /> and/or the City of Everett for garbage service to such <br /> private residential dwelling. Said appropriate marker <br /> may be revoked by action of the Sanitation Superintendent <br /> upon the recommendation of the collector of refuse that <br /> a delinquency exists in such one's account with the col- <br /> lector of refuse for garbage service, or for other good <br /> cause such as violation of any of the ordinances of the <br /> City of Everett in connection with the operation of the <br /> waste disposal site operated by the City of Everett. All <br /> private passenger cars and stationwagons and pickup trucks <br /> carrying such appropriate marker, owned by the occupant <br /> of a single-family residential dwelling in the City of <br /> Everett, shall be admitted to the waste disposal site <br /> free of the charges set forth in the subparagraphs (a) <br /> through (d) of this section 6 upon the displaying of such <br /> appropriate marker issued as aforesaid at the gateway <br /> or entry to the waste disposal site; provided, the waste <br /> material being disposed of at the disposal site is gar- <br /> bage, waste and refuse material from the private residence <br /> of the owner of such vehicle. <br /> The Sanitation Superintendent shall have authority to <br /> refuse to accept materials for disposal at the disposal <br /> site from any person not paying the fees herein set forth; <br /> further, the Refuse Superintendent shall have authority <br /> to refuse to accept materials for disposal at the disposal <br /> site from commercial haulers and collectors who have not <br /> Haid for disposal services at the disposal site by the <br /> t, h of the month following the rendering of a statement <br /> from the City to such contractor. The Sanitation Super- <br /> intendent shall maintain accurate records in a daily log <br /> of all fees received at the disposal site, and further, <br /> a log or record that will include information on the num- <br /> ber of vehicles that use the site, the type and volume <br /> of waste received, and any deviation from normal opera- <br /> tions that may have occurred during any particular day. <br /> The records of the disposal site and all accounts for <br /> fees collected shall be under the direction of the City <br /> Clerk-Comptroller, and the Sanitation Superintendent <br /> shall establish that system of accounting to obtain the <br /> information herein set forth as may be prescribed by the <br /> City Clerk-Comptroller or Commission of Finance from <br /> time to time. <br /> -2- ORDINANCE <br />
