Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use <br /> CsZ 11 should be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be <br /> rezoned and such rezoning, will be in harmony with the Compre- <br /> 12 hensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br /> 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 14 SECTION 1a That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby concur in the findings of the Planning. <br /> 1° Commission and does find that the changes hereinafter set forth <br /> •16 are for the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby <br /> amend the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett <br /> 17 to provide for the changes as hereinafter set forth. <br /> 18 ! SECTION 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> as established by Section 4 of Ordinance 3572, also known as <br /> 19 Everett City Code 15.04.040, is hereby amended as follows; <br /> Lot 1, Cascade Terrace Addition, located at <br /> 20 52nd Street and Woodlawn, <br /> 21 be rezoned from R-2, Single Family High Density Residence Zone, <br /> 22 to B-2,, Community Shopping Zone. <br /> 23 SECTION 3: That the official Comprehensive Plan <br /> of Land Use and the zone map shall, upon the passage of this <br /> 2A <br /> Ordinance., be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, <br /> and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with ! <br /> the zone in which the same is now established, all as provided <br /> 25 by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as i <br /> 26 Everett City Code 15.04.040, 041amended. <br /> SECTION 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to <br /> 27 file the duly eert "fied copy of this Ordinance with the County <br /> 28 Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> 29 Attest <br /> 30 A. t2 `XA ti !, RI <br /> 31 CITY CLEIIK <br /> 32 Passed: / " I / - 2 <br /> Published: • -- i )- as, OF14C <br /> 1 <br />
