Ground boxes and switches as needed <br /> 2. Add NM connectors as need <br /> 3. Removed devices and performed megger testing across all conductors and recorded results <br /> 4. Inspected attic, informed owner that added staples and NM connectors were needed <br /> Living Room <br /> 1. Tested all outlets <br /> 2. Installed box extension on combustible locations <br /> 3. Removed devices and performed megger testing across all conductors and recorded results <br /> Kitchen <br /> 1. Tested GFCI function <br /> 2. Removed devices and performed megger testing across all conductors and recorded results <br /> 3. Informed owner a dedicated microwave circuit was needed <br /> Basement <br /> 1. Removed devices and performed megger testing across all conductors and recorded results <br /> 2. Advised owner of correction that needed to be done <br /> Genera comments throughout house. <br /> 1. Junction boxes need to be accessible with blank covers <br /> 2. Box extensions needed where there is a '/4" gap with combustible material <br /> 3. NM connectors needed in all KO's <br /> 4. Arc fault breakers needed <br /> 5. Install 15amp breakers on 14-gauge wire <br /> 7. Call for rough in inspection for the basement before drywall <br /> 9. Bathrooms need dedicated GFCI circuits or one GFCI dedicated circuit to all bathrooms <br /> 10. Smoke detectors (per inspectors' requirements) <br /> 11. Demo range outlet in basement <br /> 12.
