The building is a single story building with a crawl space. The current tenant (Beverly Pizza) has been in the building for several years. On November 14th, 2017, there was a vehicle fire near the building and the resulting fire came through the window air conditioner resulting in substantial smoke damage to the interior of the building. The exterior wall is brick, protecting the building from fire. There was no structural damage from the fire, only smoke damage. As a result of the smoke damage, the tenant had a cleanup company remove all their kitchen appliances and belongings.
