I informed him that if he failed to cease his spray painting activities
immediately we would likely pursue condemnation of the facility.
The owner stated that he understood our requirements and that he would comply. He mentioned that he was looking
for a new location to move to.
I plan to revisit the facility to see if we are gaining compliance.
Hope you enjoy the weekend
Ted M. de Budden
(414.77,
Chief Inspector
Public Works
P:425-257-7271
E:tbudden@everettwa.gov
3200 Cedar St, Everett WA 98201
www.everettwa.gov
IR 0
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure
pursuant to the Public Records Act.
From: Steve Goforth
Sent: Thursday, February 15, 2018 8:53 AM
To: Kevin Fagerstrom
Cc: Ted de Budden; Leroy McNulty; James McCall
Subject: 3408 Everett Ave Corral's Custom Cabinet Shop
Gentlemen
I
:/9(-
