See attached drawings for sheets A3.0,A3.1,and A1.0 for applied structural engineering stamp. <br /> 2. <br /> a. See attached calculations for check on diaphragm calculations.Loads in the E-W direction are considered for a worst <br /> case loading condition. <br /> b. See attached calculations snow drift calculations generated by new parapets.Parapets have been designed for wind <br /> loads in original calculations.Drift loads have been calculated as non-governing on global resisting conditions.Snow <br /> drift calculations have been analyzed based on available Isolines and elevation criteria for the subject site.A minimum <br /> design load of 25psf is presumed for existing design criteria. <br /> 3. 17 feet of plywood shear wall construction has been provided as part of this remodel.Only 10 feet of this wall is used in design <br /> for both shear and overturning requirements.Overturning resistance is being resolved through connectivity with the existing roof <br /> girders,while only shear forces are resolved into the existing slab on grade. <br /> 4.
