Additional revisions or additions may be required for Structural Review. Review status can be seen on our website at everettwa.gov/permits then click on Permit and Project Search permits link. Then enter the permit number and double click on the results for review status. In order for the processing of your application to continue, please mail or deliver two printed sets of revisions, with a response letter indicating how the comments below have been resolved on the drawings. Please cloud and triangle (delta) areas of revisions on the drawings. Revisions should either be slip-sheeted at the counter, or by submitting two full replacement sets. All required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Construction 1. Please indicate the plans and details of permanent roof access on the drawings for the new roof equipment, per IMC section 306.5. Guards are required per IBC sections 1015.6 and 1015.7. All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the responsibility of the owner of the building.
