Additional revisions or additions may be required for <br /> Structural Review. Review status can be seen on our website at everettwa.gov/permits then <br /> click on Permit and Project Search permits link. Then enter the permit number and double click <br /> on the results for review status. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, please mail or deliver two printed <br /> sets of revisions, with a response letter indicating how the comments below have been resolved <br /> on the drawings. Please cloud and triangle (delta) areas of revisions on the drawings. Revisions <br /> should either be slip-sheeted at the counter, or by submitting two full replacement sets. All <br /> required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the <br /> proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Please indicate the plans and details of permanent roof access on the drawings for the <br /> new roof equipment, per IMC section 306.5. Guards are required per IBC sections <br /> 1015.6 and 1015.7. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International <br /> Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the <br /> 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the <br /> 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is <br /> the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA <br /> regulations and standards may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the <br /> responsibility of the owner of the building. <br /> Upon submittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will <br /> recommence.
