The address for the site is 6320 Evergreen Way, Everett,WA 98203. Structural calculations and drawings by the previous engineer of record were submitted to the City of Everett Building Department. A permit for the proposed work was issued and the project is scheduled to begin construction. CG Engineering will respond to requests for information from the contractor as part of the agreement between CG Engineering and Camp&Associates. These structural construction services will be based on the original design drawings created by the previous engineer of record. CG Engineering has reviewed the original design drawings by the previous engineer of record and determined that to the best of our abilities and knowledge,the original design drawings are in general agreement with the intent of the 2015 International Building Code.
