DECISION: The proposal is APPROVED subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The enclosure for the electrical equipment cabinet must meet E-1/MUO zone design <br /> standards for Service Areas and Mechanical Equipment. (EMC 19.31 B.070.E.) <br /> 2. The rooftop antenna architectural screen shall be textured and painted to match the <br /> existing building. <br /> 3. To the extent provided by law the use of the subject property's rooftop must be available <br /> for other communication service providers to collocate. <br /> 4. The wireless communication facility will be required to be removed if it is unused for a <br /> period of at least 120 days. <br /> 5. If the permittee requests an extension in writing no <br /> later than five (5) years from the land use permit date, the Director may grant a twelve (12) <br /> month extension. <br /> INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER: <br /> SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> 1. The District presently has sufficient electric system capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. However, the existing District facilities in the local area may require <br /> upgrading. Existing PUD facilities and easements may need modifications or relocations at <br /> the developer's expense. Any relocation or removal of District facilities to accommodate this <br /> project shall be at the expense of the project developer, and must be coordinated with the <br /> PUD in advance of final design. Please include any utility work in all applicable permits. <br /> 2. Cost of any work, new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this <br /> proposed development to the District electric system shall be in accordance with the <br /> applicable District policy.
