Based on the findings presented in this report, it is our opinion that the slope appears stable and poses minimal risk to the proposed residence with a setback of 100-feet or greater. GEO Group Northwest recommends the following measures to mitigate risks on the north-facing steep slope: • Avoid any activity that disturbs/alters the topography or vegetation that exists on the sloped areas. • Temporary stormwater drainage measures should be implemented as appropriate during construction of the proposed developments to minimize runoff onto or near the steep slope. • Fills, including yard waste and other debris, should not be placed onto the slope. This material could smother and kill existing vegetation on the slope,which help protect the slope from erosion and improve overall structural integrity of the soils. Also, the accumulated looser debris on the slope could migrate down the slope and become a landslide hazard.
