• <br /> August 28, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 p.m., <br /> August 28, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy,Vogeli, Bader, and Tuohy <br /> were present. Council Member Stonecipher was excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the August 21, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Member Tuohy abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from the Public Facilities <br /> District Board meeting. He also announced that the next Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting is scheduled for September 4, at 5 p.m., in council chambers. <br /> Council Member Vogeli commented on bus and bicycle infrastructure in the city. <br /> She also stated she attended the Historical Commission meeting held Tuesday <br /> evening. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided an update from the Sound Transit Board <br /> meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, stated that the City and Downtown Everett <br /> Association's parking study will be completed by the end of the year. <br /> 252 <br />
