City of Everett 00 1113 - 1 <br /> Everpark Garage Repairs 2018-034 <br /> SECTION 00 1113 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> ' PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the EVERPARK GARAGE REPAIRS PROJECT will <br /> be received by the City of Everett, Washington, at the office of the City Clerk, 2930 Wetmore, <br /> ' Everett, WA 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. At the appointed time, all bids will <br /> be opened and publicly read aloud in an assigned conference room on the 8th floor of the Wall <br /> Street Building. The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $8701000.00. <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, repair of damaged concrete slab and corroded <br /> ' rebar reinforcing locations, repair of damaged beam flanges and corroded rebar reinforcing <br /> locations, restoration and supplement of various beam and panel connections, repair and <br /> supplement for cracked beam and column locations, replacement of the existing roof membrane, <br /> and extension of the membrane into a section of the parking slab immediately outside the roof <br /> access ramp at the Everpark Garage located at 2823 Hoyt Ave., Everett, WA 98201. <br /> ' A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. June 11, 2019 and 10:00 a.m. June 13, 2019 <br /> on site at 2823 Hoyt Ave., Everett, WA 98201. Any interested bidders may attend. Any questions <br /> and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and <br /> sent to all the planholders. <br /> ' Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) <br /> is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and <br /> clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett". This online plan room <br /> provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order <br /> ' full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off <br /> tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification <br /> of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do <br /> not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the <br /> on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. The City further <br /> reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
