The piers were installed to <br /> underpin the foundation at the northeast corner of the house. <br /> Push Pier Installation <br /> A total of eight (8)push piers were installed. Based on our observations the pier installation was <br /> acceptable. The pier locations and the installation of the piers and brackets were in accordance <br /> with the plans and specifications. Below is the pier numbering sketch and the pier installation <br /> record. <br /> Load Test <br /> A quick load test was performed on pier#1, in accordance with ASTM D1143-81. The load test <br /> passed and was acceptable.
