EVE RETT
WASHINGTON
only those family members listed on the permit will be allowed to stay the night in the
parking lot.
27. Do not pour anything into storm water drain in the lot and please keep drain clear of any
obstructions.
28. You are highly encouraged to call the police if you feel the need and are required to call 911
in case of any emergency.
29. A 24-hour phone number for Emergency contact will be provided, but please call 911 if you
have an immediate emergency.
30. Please make sure all possessions are hidden from view (whenever possible) and your vehicle
is locked, as the church assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
31. Children must be monitored by an adult at all times. No child or youth under the age of 18
will be allowed to be left in the vehicle without parental supervision, unless prior approval
has been granted by the Case Manager for the specific child.
32. Children from 0 to 4 years old should be within arm's reach; years 5-11 within eyesight of the
caregiver; and for children older than 12, the caregiver must know where they are on church
grounds at all times.
33. Children may play on the church playground or on the lawn adjacent to the parking lot,
during daylight hours, with adult supervision. No child or adult is allowed in the wooded
areas of the church property at any time.
34. Vehicles must arrive no later than 9:00 pm to park for the night; exceptions may be made for
employment or school-related activities. If an exception is necessary, please let your Case
Manager know. Once a vehicle has parked for the night you are asked not to leave during the
night except in case of emergency, as it is disruptive to other participants in the program and
our neighbors.
35. You must show up to park every night. If you miss two or more nights in a row, you may lose
your parking privileges, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Case Manager.
36. Please provide notification to the Case Manager if you decide to leave the program, so your
parking space may be assigned to someone else.
We have a zero tolerance policy for the following items. Violating any of these or an accumulation of
infractions of the rules above will result in immediate loss of parking privileges.
37. No illicit drugs, alcohol or weapons on the premises (Zero Tolerance).
38. No illegal behavior on the premises (Zero Tolerance).
39. Any incident of violence, intimidation, or verbal abuse towards another individual will result
in the immediate loss of parking privileges (Zero Tolerance).
13
