Section R30S.4.7 . a) The window in question is show on the elevations (Re:l/A1.1) to be minimum of 36" A.F.F. & for further clarification a notation has been added to the window on plan sheet A2.2 10.Opening windows on the 3 floor front elevation should be shown to be a minimum of 24" from the finished floor to the actual opening of the window. Section R312.2 a) Elevation has been revised to reflect this change (Re:1/A1.1) also the addition of notes on the floor plan & window schedule on sheet A2.3. 11.The attic access hatches in units 1 && should be shown in an unobstructed, readily accessible location and not over closet shelves. Section RS07.1 a) Attic accesses have been move to not be interfered by closet shelves and rod Re:A2.3 & A2.4 12.Deck lateral load connections should be detailed on the plans. Section R507.1 a) Deck lateral load connections have been indicated on the floor plans where needed, additionally Detail 1/A4.2 has been revised and detail la/A4.2 has been added for further clarification.
