Section R30S.4.7 . <br /> a) The window in question is show on the elevations (Re:l/A1.1) to be minimum of 36" A.F.F. <br /> & for further clarification a notation has been added to the window on plan sheet A2.2 <br /> 10.Opening windows on the 3 floor front elevation should be shown to be a minimum of 24" <br /> from the finished floor to the actual opening of the window. Section R312.2 <br /> a) Elevation has been revised to reflect this change (Re:1/A1.1) also the addition of notes <br /> on the floor plan & window schedule on sheet A2.3. <br /> 11.The attic access hatches in units 1 && should be shown in an unobstructed, readily <br /> accessible location and not over closet shelves. Section RS07.1 <br /> a) Attic accesses have been move to not be interfered by closet shelves and rod Re:A2.3 & <br /> A2.4 <br /> 12.Deck lateral load connections should be detailed on the plans.
