The areas inspected were observed to be completed with no outstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Siding(James Hardie siding): <br /> Siding andtrim was inspected for correct installation per product <br /> manufacturer's recommendations and good industry practices. Siding and <br /> trim specifications included caulking of the areas recommended by <br /> manufacturer's specifications. Soffit material installed was vented under <br /> deck areas and non-vented under conditioned space. Posts in front areas <br /> were wrapped with wood trim and caulked at joints. <br /> The areas inspected were observed to be completed with no outstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Doors: <br /> Man doors were inspected for installation per builder's specifications.
