Comments w/corrections 1.Detail 3a/A4.2 shows fire-rating treatment at the floor to wall intersection. The detail appears to be for a one-hour wall however and the project requires a two-hour wall assembly. Section R302.2 a) Detail 3a/A4.2 has been revised to reflect the requirement of a 2-Hr wall assembly 2.The two, one-hour walls separating the dwelling units requires mineral fiber per GA No. 3644. Wall section 3/A4.2 should be revised to show this requirement or a different fire- resistive wall assembly should be provided. Section R303.2 Have changed the (2) one-hour walls to •ne 2-hr party wall assembly. Wall section 3/A4.2 has been updated to reflect this as ell as detail 3b/A4.2.
