One summit atte pt per year. (Single summit climb) 2. CUAs- Maximum group size is 6 people including guides. 3. CUAs- No more than 3 clients per guide. 15 CUAs 4. Five nights per tri+ maximum. 5. Trips may occur 'unday through Thursday(no Friday or Saturday night stays). 6. Trips may occur in any route outside the Commercial Free Zone with the exception of the Liberty Ridge Ro te.Trips may include guiding the Muir, Emmons and Kautz Routes. 7. As a minimum, all guides will possess intermediate climbing and technical rescue SAR skills, including b.sic avalanche recognition, snow safety awareness,technical rescue skills, and technical rescue skills in a glaciated alpine environment. 8. The CUA holder ill access climbing routes only via standard approach routes. Access to the Kautz Route .nd Fuhrer's Finger would be via Paradise rather than Van Trump Park. 10. When traveling o glaciers or in other hazardous terrain, guides will travel roped up to a partner(either an'ther guide or a client). Clients must travel roped up to a guide. Guides and clients may u -rope at camps or rest areas on glaciers once the guide has designated a safe area. 11. This summit climb may consist of non-summit activities(e.g. ski mountaineering)that occur below 10,000 feet with the exception that Camp Muir is allowed. 12. Due to limited par ing, no more than 2 commercial vehicles can be parked at a trailhead at one time in the pa k (with the exception of the Paradise lower lot, Longmire and Sunrise parking lots). 13. The CUA holder i- encouraged to comply with the guidelines of the US Public Health Service for Food, 'otable Water, Human Waste, Vector-Borne and Zoonotic Diseases, and Illness Reporting i backcountry operations(www.nps.qov/public health/index.htm, click on "State Health Departments"). 14. Company logo or ame must appear on guide's clothing or gear. 15. Annual Reporting 'equirements: The Annual Use Report is due each year no later than November 15. 16.
