CUA holders have the op on of converting a 5-night overnight trip to 5 additional day trips. This <br /> would leave 2 remaining ov:rnight trips (two 5-night trips)and increase number of day trips from 10 <br /> trips per year to 15 trips per,ear. If CUA holders choose this option, they must communicate this to <br /> the park. <br /> 4. Due to limited parking, no more than 2 commercial vehicles can be parked at a trailhead at one <br /> time in the park (with the ex:eption of the Paradise lower lot, Longmire and Sunrise parking lots). <br /> 5.The CUA holder is encou aged to comply with the guidelines of the US Public Health Service for <br /> Food, Potable Water, Huma Waste, Vector-Borne and Zoonotic Diseases, and Illness Reporting in <br /> 5 SUPs backcountry operations(ww .nps.gov/public health/index.htm, click on "State Health Departments"). <br /> 6.Annual Reporting Requir:ments:All Annual Use Reports are due each year no later than July 15. <br /> Photography and Art 1. One group per week thro ghout the year per permit. <br /> Courses 2. No more than 12 groups •er year. <br /> 3. 12 people per group maxi um including guides/instructors. <br /> 20 CUAs 4. Five clients per guide/inst uctor(maximum) recommended. <br /> 5. From May 15 through Se ltember 30, road conditions permitting, cycling trips may take place within <br /> the park between Tuesday .nd Thursday. <br /> 5 CUAs 4. From October 1 through ay 14, road conditions permitting, cycling trips may take place Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> 5.Trips will be scheduled in advance through the CUA office and the dates are subject to park approval. <br /> No more than one(1)guide. bicycle trip may occur in the park per day(includes trips guided by other <br /> CUA operators). <br /> 6.There will be no course arking of any kind on any object including roadways, road surfaces,trees <br /> and rocks. <br /> 7. Cyclists will ride on the rii,ht, on the road shoulder,or in available pullouts to allow vehicles to pass. <br /> Cyclists will ride single file . all times.The CUA holder shall ensure that their clients and guides obey <br /> all traffic laws and ensure that alcoholic beverages are not consumed during cycling activities(including <br /> rest stops). <br /> 8. All bicycles must have re ectors(front and rear)for use in inclement weather and in tunnels. <br /> 9. Safety clothing is require i and will consist of at least a brightly colored outer garment and helmet. <br /> 10. Only restrooms may be used for sanitation purposes. <br /> 11.The CUA holder hereby agrees to transport all group participants for each trip in no more than two <br /> vehicles within the Park an. is required to provide a support vehicle to accompany the cyclists. <br /> 5 SUPs 12.
