Fas provided by Ordinance No . 3572 of the City of Everett, also <br /> Nknown as Everett City• Code 15 .04.040 entitled : "An Ordinance <br /> Il regulating and restricting the location and use of building and <br /> it land within the City of Everett; limiting the height of build- <br /> 1 ings; prescribing building lines and. size of yard and other open <br /> spaces; providing for the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a Board of Adjustments . and providing for penalties <br /> ft <br /> • for violation of the Ordinance . <br /> 3 - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> • 1 the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> it Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use <br /> hshould be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be <br /> lirezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Compre- <br /> hensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett . . <br /> xl NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES :ORDAIN: <br /> • <br /> 1 SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby concur in the findings of the Planning • <br /> Commission and does find that the changes hereinafter set forth <br /> are for the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby <br /> 1 amend the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett <br /> d • to provide for the changes as hereinafter set forth. <br /> i? . . SECTION 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> €i as establidction 4 of Ordinance No . 3572, also known as <br /> Everett City Code 15 .04.040, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> That portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 28' <br /> North, Range 4 E Y : Beginning at the South 1/4 corner - <br /> o ' Section 1; thence Westerly along the South line • <br /> ii of said Section 1 to the 1/16 corner; thence Northerly - <br /> along the North-Scuth centerline of said SW 1/4 of <br /> . Section 1 to. a point 660 feet South of the 'East-West <br /> j • centerline of' Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 4 <br /> .
