(b) Residential Dwelling - The term "residential dwelling" <br /> shall mean structure or estab ishments containingotott:more 'than <br /> two family dwelling units and for that purpose shall include the <br /> usual residential dwelling ho se and what is commonly referred to <br /> as duplexes, cabins, house trailers or mobile homes and cabin courts. <br /> (c) Business Establishme t - The term "business establishment" <br /> shall mean and include any st•ucture or establishment occupied by <br /> more than two family living u its such as triplexes, apartment <br /> houses, hotels, and shall als• include the plant, store, shop or <br /> other location of every kind •f industrial, commercial and professional <br /> occupation, including public •r governmental agencies, schools and <br /> hospitals. <br /> (d) Person - The term "parson" shall mean every person, firm, <br /> partnership, association, institution and corporation. The term <br /> shall also mean the occupant and/or the owner of the premises for <br /> which service herein mention• is rendered. <br /> (e) Industrial Waste .. - e term "industrial waste" shall mean <br /> that material resulting from manufacturing process, not the manu- <br /> factured product, but the acc mulation of debris or waste material <br /> which is thrown away or not u-ed to comprise the finished product. <br /> (f) Industrial By-Produc.s - The term "industrial by-products" <br /> shall mean that material resu ting from a manufacturing process or <br /> fabricating process which is of the principal or main product of <br /> the industry or manufacturer, but which has economic or commercial <br /> value as a secondary product. <br /> (g) Health Officer - The term "health officer" shall mean the <br /> health officer of the Snohomish Health District or such other health <br /> officer as may be designated sy the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett to act as health offi.er of the City in the event the health <br /> officer of the Snohomish Heal h District is not so acting as the health <br /> officer for the City of Evere t. <br /> (h) Collector of Refuse The term "collector of refuse" shall <br /> mean the person or persons en ering into a contract with the City of <br /> Everett for the removal of re use as provided by this ordinance, or, <br /> in the alternative, the City .f Everett, acting by and through its <br /> employees and using its equipment, engaging in the removal of garbage <br /> as provided by this ordinance <br /> (i) Special Collector of Refuse - The term "special collector <br /> of refuse" shall mean that pe son or persons holding a permit to re- <br /> move refuse as provided by th s ordinance from "newly annexed <br /> territories" of the City of E 'erett covered by R.C.W. 35.13.280 as <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> (3) Sanitation Superinte dent - The term "sanitation superintendent" <br /> shall refer to the superinten.ent of the Sanitation Utility, which <br /> official position is establis ed by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4182. <br /> Section 5: Sanitation Superi tendent. The Sanitation Superintendent <br /> shall have general supervision of 11 of the work provided for and completed <br /> under this ordinance, and shall fu ther have general responsibility for <br /> the improvement of this ordinance nd any regulations promulgated by the <br /> -i- ORDINANCE <br />
