• <br /> • <br /> Upon application as Iereinafter set forth, the monthly sew- <br /> er service charge for eaci of the months of July, August and Sep- <br /> tember, for each sewer c stomer having a metered water service <br /> and using water for spri ding purposes, shall be the amount com- <br /> puted by adding the indi idual customer ' s sewer service charge <br /> for the previous three m•nthly billings (April, May and June) <br /> and dividing by three; h• ever, for the year 1965 only, the <br /> charge shall be computed by adding the individual customer' s <br /> previous two monthly bil ings (May and June) and dividing by two; <br /> provided, however, that - 11 persons desiring such adjustment in <br /> both cases, by reasons o using water for sprinkling purposes, <br /> shall make application i writing with the city clerk-comptroller <br /> on or before the thirtie h day of June of the year such adjust- <br /> ment is sought to be app ied. <br /> C . For all custo ers, other than those located in the <br /> area hereinafter describ=d, other than single family dwellings <br /> whose property has not b=en charged with the .cost of a local <br /> sewer by local improveme t district assessment or otherwise (ex- <br /> cluding the connection c arge provided for in Section 14. 12 .010) <br /> in addition to the rates provided in paragraphs A and B above-- <br /> $2.75 per month plus $ .0 2/3 for each foot of property over <br /> seventy-five feet adjace t to the sanitary sewer system or the <br /> combined sewer system; provided, that the rate to be charged in <br /> the area hereinafter described shall be $3.75 per month plus <br /> five cents for each foot of property over seventy-five feet ad- <br /> jacent to the sanitary s:wer system or the combined sewer sys- <br /> tem. Lots shall be meas red on one side only and that side • <br /> shall be the longer side <br /> Beginning at the so 'theast corner of Lot 2, Block 2 of Plat <br /> * of Lang' s First ' Additio1 to Everett; thence easterly on the <br /> south line of said lot e tended easterly to the centerline of <br /> the vacated alley, the t ue point of beginning; thence southerly <br /> along the centerline of •.aid vacated alley to its intersection <br /> with the westerly bounda y of the Lowell-Pacific Highway Road; <br /> thence southwesterly and following the westerly boundary of said <br /> road and its boundary produced southerly across Bacon Street to <br /> its intersection with th:• north line of Lot 1, Block 4 of Lang' s <br /> First Addition to Everet ; thence westerly along the north line <br /> of Lot 1 to the east lin:- of Colby Avenue; thence southerly <br /> along the east line of Colby Avenue and its production souther- <br /> ly (now called Wetmore A enue) to an intersection with the south <br /> line of Lot 2, North Bev-rly Park, produced southeasterly; thence <br /> northwesterly across Wetflore Avenue and along the south line of <br /> said Lot 2 to the northw- st corner of Lot 38, North Beverly Park; <br /> thence southwesterly alo g the west lines of Lots 24 to 38 in- <br /> clusive of North Beverly Park to a point one hundred fifty feet <br /> north of the north line if Madison Street; thence westerly on a <br /> 464 (Everett 9/15/65) <br />
