<br /> o'clock, A.M. , of said day for the hearing and determinationof said

<br /> 12 WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br /> said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given
<br /> 13 iby the City Clerk in the manneif prescribed by law, and,

<br /> 14 !I WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing objec-
<br /> jtions to the vacating of the herein described alley were heard and

<br /> 16 WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said
<br /> .petition should be granted subject to certain reservations and
<br /> 17 ' exceptions and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate
