Following is a list those restrictions: <br /> • Hall rentals are not permitted. Activities including, but not limited to, weddings, <br /> religious events, teen clubs, etc. are not permitted. <br /> • Espresso stands are not permitted. However, a coffee shop indoors is <br /> permitted. <br /> • Restaurants with drive up windows are not permitted.
