To obtain this license you must submit a "Public Dance Hall License" application. The City of Everett Planning Department has advised us of several restrictions on the activities you wish to conduct at this location. Following is a list those restrictions: • Hall rentals are not permitted. Activities including, but not limited to, weddings, religious events, teen clubs, etc. are not permitted. • Espresso stands are not permitted. However, a coffee shop indoors is permitted. • Restaurants with drive up windows are not permitted. However, a restaurant without a drive up window is permitted. We have also been advised that the Building Department and Fire Department have some issues concerning the structure that need to be resolved through their respective departments.
