Pacific to 32nd Street. <br /> The west side of Grand Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to California Street. <br /> Both sides of Hoyt Avenue from Everett Avenue to 26th Street. <br /> Both sides of Colby Avenue from 32nd Street to Pacific Avenue. <br /> The west side of Wetmore Avenue from 32nd Street to Pacific Avenue. <br /> The east side of Rockefeller Avenue from 32nd Street to Pacific Avenue. <br /> Both sides of Rockefeller Avenue from California Street to 26th Street. <br /> Both sides of Oakes Avenue from Pacific Avenue to Everett Avenue. <br /> Both sides of Lombard Avenue from Wall Street to California Street. <br /> PROVIDED HOWEVER, that such hours for the limitation of the parking shall <br /> apply only between the hours of 9:00 o'clock a.m. , and 6:00 o'clock p.m. , <br /> and PROVIDED FURTHER, that the Chief of Police, with the consent of the <br /> City Council of the City of Everett, be, and he is hereby authorized to <br /> restrict the time for legal parking to a minimum of twelve minutes in areas <br /> adjacent to any bank during banking hours and in any other area so designated <br /> by posting signs plainly indicating the period of time during which vehicles <br /> may be legally parked, and to extend, restrict, alter or otherwise change <br /> said parking meter zones and limitation of time for parking and to create <br /> additional parking meter zones, all by and with the consent of the City Council <br /> of the City of Everett, by appropriate resolution or motion, and by posting <br /> appropriate signs as hereinbefore set forth. <br /> Section 2. That Section 9.08.030 of the Everett City Code be, and the same <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows, to wit: <br /> 9.08.030 Parking Meters-Placement-Service Rates. Parking meters installed in <br /> the parking meter zones hereby established shall be placed upon the curb <br /> adjacent to the individual parking places hereinafter described. Each parking <br /> meter, either automatically or manually operated in a two hour parking zone, <br /> shall be set to display thirty minutes of parking time for each five cent coin <br /> deposited, or one hour of parking time for each ten cent coin deposited, and <br /> a maximum parking time limitation of two hours. Each parking meter, either auto- <br /> matically or manually operated in a five hour parking zone shall be set to dis- <br /> play sixty minutes of parking time for each five cent coin deposited, or two <br /> hours of parking time for each ten cent coin deposited, or five hours of parking <br /> time for each twenty-five cent coin deposited, and a maximum parking time limita- <br /> tion of five hours. <br /> Section 3.
