A 20" diameter cast iron water main beginning at a con- nection with the existing 4 . 0 million gallon reservoir located adjacent to the southerly terminus of Solberg Lane ; thence southerly in a R.O .W. to be obtained by the City for these purposes , which R.O .W. would be an extension of the north-south alignment of said Solberg Lane to an intersection with 93rd Street S .W. ; thence easterly in said 93rd Street S .W. to Sharon Drive ; thence southerly in said Sharon Drive to an intersection with Holly Drive ; thence southwesterly in and along said Holly Drive to 100th Street S .W. ; thence easterly in said 100th Street S .W. to 9th Avenue West ; thence south and east in said 9th Avenue West to Evergreen Way and a connection therein with the 20" diameter cast iron main being constructed as a part of this project . The City shall acquire all materials , equipment , personal and real property or interests therein, easements , franchises , rights-of- way and water rights necessary to carry out the above-described plans . The above-described transmission mains and lines and pumping station shall be connected one to the other or to parts of the exist- ing water supply and distribution system of the City wherever necessary in order to make a complete operating utility . Said plans of improvements are all as more particularly set forth in maps , plans and specifications prepared by Gray & Osborne , consulting engineers of Seattle and Yakima, Washington, and such plans shall be subject to such additions or changes as to detail or other changes not affecting the main general plans as hereinbefore set forth as may be authorized by the Council of the City either prior to or during the actual course of construction. Section 2 . The estimated cost of acquiring, constructing and installing the above-described plan of additions and improvements to and extensions of the water supply and distribution system of the City is hereby declared to be , as near as may be , the sum of 3 .
