<br /> amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and henceforth
<br /> said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which
<br /> 21 the same is now established, all as provided by Ordinance No. 3572
<br /> 22 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040,
<br /> as amended.
<br /> 23 SECTION 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file
<br /> 24 the duly certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Auditor
<br /> of Snohomish County, Washington.
