• ORDINANCE NO. 4193 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of certain additions and improve- ments to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city, declaring the estimated cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $314,000 of sewer revenue bonds of the city to provide funds to pay such cost, and authorizing the issuance of warrants to temporarily finance such acquisition, construction and installation. WHEREAS, the existing municipal sewer system of the City of Everett, Washington, is in need of certain additions , improvements and extensions in order to properly collect and dispose of sanitary sewage; and WHEREAS, in order to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and extensions of the municipal sewer system it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue and sell its sewer revenue bonds in the principal sum of not to exceed $314,000; and WHEREAS, in order to temporarily finance the cost of such acquisition, construction and installation it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The following plan for the acquisition, con- struction and installation of additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby specified and adopted, to wit: A. The city shall acquire, construct and install a twenty- four (24) inch trunk sewer over and along the following described route : Beginning at the existing flush tank at the Edgewater Playfield near the west City Limit line of the City of Everett, Washington; thence easterly along the right- of-way of Mukilteo Blvd. to Sea Breeze Way; thence southerly for 255 . 37 feet to a point on the centerline of Sea Breeze Way; thence southerly along the center-
