A <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 4190 <br /> 2ntAI <br /> yN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> 3 'provided by Ordinance No . 3572 of the City of Everett, also known <br /> as Everett City Code 15 .04.040 entitled: 'An Ordinance regulating <br /> 4 and restricting the location and use of building and land within <br /> the City of Everett; limiting the height of buildings; prescribing <br /> o: 5 building lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing <br /> for the division of the City into use zones; creating a Board of <br /> ;n 61\djustments; and providing for penalties for violation of the <br /> Ordinance. <br /> N 7 <br /> 8 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> 9 the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use should <br /> 10 be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned <br /> and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> 11 of Land Use for the City of Everett . <br /> 12 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 13 SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> 14 the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby amend the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett to provide <br /> 15 for the changes as hereinafter set forth. <br /> 16 SECTION 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as <br /> 17 Everett City Code 15 .04.040, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 18 the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 28, Range 4 EWM <br /> 19 be rezoned from C-2 Heavy Commercial-Light Manufacturing to M-1 <br /> Heavy Manufacturing Zone; <br /> 20 <br /> Lots 3 and 4, Block 7, Plat of Terrace Addition <br /> 21 <br /> be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone to <br /> 22 B-i Neighborhood Shopping Zone; <br /> 23 Lots 1 through 5 and Lots 28 through 32, Block 738, <br /> Plat of Everett, <br /> 24 <br /> be rezoned from R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone <br /> 25 to B-3 Central Business Zone; <br /> 26 All that portion of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE <br /> 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 4 EWM, lying <br /> 27 northerly of the Old Mukilteo-Everett Road (Wood Place) <br /> and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 <br /> 28 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 4 EWM, lying northerl <br /> of the Old Mukilteo-Everett Road (Wood Place) . <br /> 29 <br /> be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone to <br /> 30 R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone . <br /> 31 SECTION 3: That the official Comprehensive Plan of Lan. <br /> Use and the zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordinance, be <br /> 32 amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and hencefort <br /> OFFICIAL R.E ,OR'O <br /> VM 111 PAGE586 <br />
