ORDINANCE NO. 4188 <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett, Washington, allocating <br /> $8300.00 from the Sanitation Utility Fund for Capital Outlay for the <br /> balance of the year 1966, and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, it could not have been reasonably anticipated at <br /> the time of the submitting of the budget for the year 1966 that funds <br /> would be necessary for the purchase of a dump truck; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that funds be allocated for such <br /> purpose. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That ap emergency is hereby declared to exist <br /> and the sum of $8300.00 is hereby allocated from the Sanitation Utility <br /> Fund for the purchase of a dump truck for the Sanitation Utility Depart- <br /> ment, which sum shall be in addition to that budgeted for the year 1966 <br /> for Capital Outlay. <br /> q . 8. 7( .„_,P.„ <br /> MAY O <br /> Attest: <br /> City C rk'Comptroller <br /> PASSED: December 14, 1966 <br /> PUBLISHED: December 15, 1966 <br />
