Municipal water towers, reservoirs, pumping stations, <br /> police and fire precinct stations, electrical power <br /> substations, and public buildings (libraries, museums, <br /> art galleries , administration) . <br /> 11. Trailer parks . <br /> 12 . Garbage dumps; Sanitary landfill or any land fill <br /> operation or method for disposal of garbage; disposal <br /> sites for disposal of garbage; including the location <br /> thereof, whether municipal or private, within the City <br /> of Everett or the areas over which the City has juris- <br /> diction, including adjacent tidelands and adjacent <br /> waters, bays, sound or rivers, irrespective of the <br /> method of disposal; "garbage" shall mean any refuse, <br /> garbage, rubbish or waste product of any sort, kind, <br /> nature or description provided that this shall not be <br /> applicable to any existing sanitary land fill or garbage <br /> dump site previously used or operated either privately <br /> or by a municipality. <br /> 13. Supplemental parking lots for parking of passenger motor <br /> vehicles when such parking lots are required by virtue <br /> of expansion or improvement of an existing legal con- <br /> forming use. Supplemental parking lots as herein pro- <br /> posed may be located in any use zone when the Planning <br /> Commission has determined that by virtue of design, <br /> access and egress, fencing, lighting, etc . , there would <br /> be no adverse affect on the neighborhood and/or adjacent <br /> properties . <br /> Section 2 : That Everett City Code Section 15.04.190, <br /> subsection D is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 15.04.190 <br /> D. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The following general requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. Size and access: Each offstreet parking space shall <br /> have an area of not less than 170 square feet ex- <br /> clusive of drives or aisles, and a width of not less <br /> than 82 feet . . Each such space shall be provided with <br /> adequate ingress and egress . <br /> When the required parking space is to serve a resi- <br /> dential structure and is not to be provided in a <br /> covered garage, such space shall be not less than <br /> 200 square feet . <br /> 2 .
