4110 4111, <br /> l'have attached a Fire Code Official Order for the fire escape on the south side of the building. I plan to post <br /> this on the building tomorrow. This stairway is required for occupancy so must be replaced ASAP. A police <br /> officer was injured on the escape following unwanted guests down it. <br /> We have talked before that the stairway cannot be locked. The gate must open in the direction of travel with <br /> one motion.
