Main building • Dangerous combustion air and exhaust violations on basement water heaters, per IPMC 603.1 • Rear unit on first floor does not meet minimum requirements for ventilation and occupancy, including overcrowding, per IPMC 404.5. • Unlawful increase in dwelling units (greater than four) triggers NFPA 13R building suppression system for change of use, per 2015 International Existing Building Code(IEBC) 1012.1. New fire service is required to meet Everett Design & Construction Standard 524A. 1 2
