Add two new double hung windows to kitchen area. <br /> 4. Replace existing picture window in kitchen with three double hung windows. <br /> 5. Remove two existing windows from Kitchen and Dining area,replace with 2 x 4 framing, interior <br /> sheetrock,exterior sheeting and siding. <br /> 6. Remove half wall with bannister shelf guarding stairwell, replace with see through wire and post <br /> guardrail. <br /> 7. Remove existing wall that separates kitchen from dining area.Wall has been determined to be non- <br /> bearing by Design Lines of Everett. <br /> 8. Bring all kitchen electrical up to code. <br /> 9. New Kitchen lighting. <br /> 10. Move existing kitchen sink waste line to new kitchen sink location,move hot and cold supply lines to <br /> new kitchen sink location. <br /> 11. Install new garbage disposal. <br /> 12. Install new kitchen sink <br /> 13. Install new dishwasher adjacent to new kitchen sink <br /> 14. Modify existing gas line to add line to new kitchen island location for a new gas cooktop, <br /> approximately 15 ft run with shut off valve and hook-up. <br /> 15. Install exhaust ducting to exterior for under counter gas cooktop exhaust fan system. <br /> 16. Install new cabinetry and countertops. <br /> 17. Install new water line for ice maker. <br /> 18. Install two new double hung windows to existing living room area. <br /> 19. Remove existing exterior door in Master Bedroom and replace with double hung window,will act as <br /> emergency ingress/egress window. <br /> 20. Replace existing vertical single hung window in Master bedroom with horizontal opening window at <br /> higher level in wall. <br /> 21. Move existing gas stove insert from upstairs fireplace to downstairs existing fireplace.Add shut off <br /> valve and hook up for insert in basement. <br /> 22. Install new gas stove insert in upstairs fireplace. (Anderson Stoves&Fireplace to do work) <br /> 23. Install new hardwood flooring in Living Room and Kitchen. <br /> 24. Install two new interior doors to existing closets. <br />
