EXHIBIT A <br /> SERVICES <br /> Condition/Risk Assessment of Trees on Colby Avenue Between 10th St and 19th St <br /> Scope of Work <br /> 1. Conduct a Level 2 condition assessment of +/_ 80 trees located in the median of Colby <br /> Avenue between 10th St and 19th St. <br /> 2. Develop 'Monitor' or Trees of Concern Spreadsheet. <br /> 3. Provide a Tree Risk Assessment Summary Report to provide appropriate recommendations to <br /> improve conditions or abate hazard potential. <br /> FEE <br /> This assignment will be billed hourly at time and expense, Not-to-Exceed $3,900 based on the <br /> rates below. Estimated field time is 30 hours. Estimated reporting time is 10 hours. <br /> Urban Forester III/District Manager: $125.00 per hour <br /> Urban Forester II/Certified Arborist: $1 10.00 per hour <br /> Urban Forester I/Certified Arborist: $95.00 per hour <br /> GIS Analyst: $105.00 per hour <br /> Clerical: $60.00 per hour <br /> Expenses: at cost <br /> Mileage: $0.58/mile <br /> Additional time to perform supervision during construction and perform on-site measures for tree <br /> protection will be billed at the above rates at the appropriate time, under a new service <br /> agreement. <br /> TERM <br /> Report to be delivered within 30 business days of executed agreement. <br /> Payment due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. <br /> Client Approval: <br /> 3 <br />
