Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Building Architectural, Public <br /> Works, Planning, or Fire). All references refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the <br /> 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC <br /> referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and <br /> Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents <br /> reflecting the corrections requested. All revisions require the person delivering the <br /> drawings to replace the revisions into the two sets here at our offices. For significant <br /> revisions, or if the revisions are coming directly from a document printing facility, <br /> please make arrangements with them to print and deliver two replacement sets. <br /> Response to 1: note added to A0-01 - no change to fire rated rqmts per bldc <br /> Architectural type - 36' separation to existing garage is noted on site plan and in <br /> excess of any limitations per table 602 <br /> 1. It appears that the North side of the project site indicates a nearby existing parking garage. <br /> It is unclear where the fire separation distance line is located between the garage and the <br /> project. Please clarify the fire separation distance, where it is located, as well as address <br /> the appropriate fire-rated construction of the assembly per IBC 2015 Table 601, Table 602 <br /> and Sec 705.5. <br /> 2. It appears that a schedule for the Special Inspection of the EIFS is not provided.
