The City appreciates HopeWorks understanding our
need to depart from the program.
The City had requested a full refund of$5,000, however since,
HopeWorks requested they retain $1,000 for the administrative support
functions the HopeWorks Vista Project Manager has provided in
administering the grant, developing the project proposals, and working
with the City to develop the position. In good faith, the City recognizes
the expenses have been incurred over the past several months and
therefore formally requests a refund of just $4000 payable to the City of
Everett.
Thank you for your support of our community and collaborations to
Community address the challenging issues of poverty and opioid misuse.
Development
Q2930 Wetmore Ave.,Ste.10A
Everett,WA 98201 Sincerely,
425.257.7120
liak-,..., F.---,,,,...t"
0 425.257.0001 fax
Julie Frauenholtz
everettwa.gov
Community Development Director
