G/-/ '-/ <br /> __\\ 1.0)\s AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as <br /> 6(` Everett City Code 15.04.040 entitled: <br /> "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location and <br /> use of building and land within the City of Everett; <br /> limiting the height of buildings; prescribing building <br /> lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing <br /> for the division of the City into use zones; creating a <br /> Board of A4justments; and providing for penalties for <br /> violation of the Ordinance." <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the recom- <br /> mendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined <br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Bee should be amended; that the area herein- <br /> after described should be rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with <br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Yee for the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Secrt.on 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does here- <br /> by find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for the best interests <br /> of the City of Everett, and do hereby amend the Comprehensive Plan of Land <br /> Bee of the City of Everett to provide for the changes as hereinafter set <br /> forth. <br /> $9ction 2,: That the zone map of the City of Everett, as estab- <br /> lished by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City Code <br /> 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Beginning 80 ft. South of the Southeast corner Block 314, <br /> Everett Division "T"; thence continue South for 75 ft. to <br /> TPOB; thence West 124 ft; thence South 125 ft.; thence <br /> East 124 ft.; thence North 125 ft. to TPOB, <br /> be rezoned from R-2, Single Family High Density Residence Zone to B-i, <br /> Neighborhood Shopping Zone. <br /> Beginning at an intersection with the centerline of Rockefeller <br /> and 32nd Street; thence East along centerline of 32nd Street to <br /> an intersection with the centerline of the alley East of Lombard; <br /> thence South along centerline of the alley east of Lombard to an <br /> intersection with the centerline of 34th Street; thence West <br /> along the centerline of 34th Street to an intersection with the <br /> centerline of Wetmore; thence North along centerline of Wetmore <br /> to an intersection with the centerline of 33rd Street; thence <br /> East along centerline of 33rd Street to an intersection with <br /> the centerline of Rockefeller; thence North along centerline <br /> of Rockefeller to F.O.B. <br /> be rezoned from R-2, Single Family High Density Residence Zone to R-4, <br /> Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone. <br /> Beginning at an intersection with the centerline of the alley <br /> West of Wetmore and the centerline of 34th Street; thence South <br /> along the centerline of the alley West of Wetmore to an inter- <br /> section with the centerline of 40th Street; thence East along,;' <br /> the centerline of 40th Street to the East line of Sec. 30-29-5; <br /> OFFICIAL RECORDS <br /> VOL I <br />
