Orj <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / q <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- <br /> ing described street and alley in the City of Everett, County of <br /> Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: <br /> Seventh Street from Legion Drive to State <br /> Road No. 1 in Legion Park Addition to <br /> Everett, Division No. 2 . <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the <br /> private property abutting upon street and alley above described <br /> have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett <br /> praying for the vacation of said street and alley, and <br /> WHEREAS said City Council of the City of Everett did <br /> by resolution duly adopted, fix the 21st day of March, 1966, at <br /> 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said <br /> petition, and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> said hearing and the determination of said petition has been <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing <br /> objections to the vacating of the herein described street and <br /> alley were heard and discussed, and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said <br /> petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby <br /> determine to vacate the above described street and alley. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the street and alley in the City of <br /> Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as <br /> follows, to-wit: <br /> Seventh Street from Legion Drive to State <br /> Road No. 1 in Legion Park Addition to <br /> Everett, Division No. 2, <br /> be and the same is hereby vacated. <br /> A.
