An automatic lire detection system is present in the building, however; it is not cur-cntly <br />being monitored as the building is not occupied. Service will be restored and noted in <br />subsequent tenant improvcmcnls prior to occupancy. <br />2. The smntped drawings and calc book is attached. <br />3. The bathrooms shall be addressed in a subsequent tenant improvement permit application <br />prior to occupancy. <br />4. The public stairs are 48" wide handrails shall be addressed in a subsequent tenant <br />improvement pcnnit application prior to occupancy. <br />5. A note has been added at sheet 7 clarifying that the sidelights shall be safety glass. <br />6. R-30 rigid polyisocyanurate insulation will be installed over the roof deck. This is now <br />noted on sheets 5 and 6. <br />7. See Previous Item. <br />8. The exterior weather protection is now shown over the beam on sheet 6. Please note all <br />cladding shall be applied over a properly flashed weather -resistive -barrier, and windows <br />shall he flashed in accordance with ASTM-2112 <br />9. The roof drains to scuppers at the north side of the building. At present Oro scuppers are <br />connected to a 4" light line with 2" rain leaders. The 2" rain leaders shall be increased to <br />3". The scuppers shall be replaced with stainless steel soldered scuppers with separate <br />collector heads. <br />10. Door hardware shall be addressed in a subsequent tenant improvement pcnnit application <br />prior to occupancy. <br />11. Exit signs shall be addressed in a subsequent tenant improvement permit application prior <br />to occupancy. <br />12. Tactile exit sign shall be addressed in a subsequent tenant improvement Permit <br />application prior to occupancy. <br />13.
