Work under this pcnnit <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Denwnslrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Alter that time your pcnnit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. if you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new pernut must be obtained.
