Box 1065 <br />Everett, WA 98206-106.5 <br />RE: Owner: Lam/Waldron Ishmi <br />Job Address: 4202 Rucker <br />Plan Check No: B0701-010 <br />Dear Bill: <br />In response to your application fir a construction permit, your plans have been examined and <br />you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. <br />These continents address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2003 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. A 60 x 56 inch clearance is required for the accessible water closets per ANSI A117.1, <br />Sec. 604.3 (Enclosed). <br />2. Vertical grab bars are required for the accessible water closets per ANSI Al17.1, Sec. <br />604.5 (Enclosed). <br />3. The plans should include the locations for safety glazing in accordance with IBC 2406. <br />4. The plans should include the requirement Ror hot -dipped zinc -coated galvanized steel, <br />stainless steel, silicon bronze or copper to '-, used for all fasteners in contact with <br />preservative -treated wood.
