These continents address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. A 60 x 56 inch clearance is required for the accessible water closets per ANSI A117.1, Sec. 604.3 (Enclosed). 2. Vertical grab bars are required for the accessible water closets per ANSI Al17.1, Sec. 604.5 (Enclosed). 3. The plans should include the locations for safety glazing in accordance with IBC 2406. 4. The plans should include the requirement Ror hot -dipped zinc -coated galvanized steel, stainless steel, silicon bronze or copper to '-, used for all fasteners in contact with preservative -treated wood. IBC 2304.9.5. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the pmpo ed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
