Section 106.4.4 of the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code provides that permits expire by limitation and become null and void if work <br />authorized by the permit is suspended or does not commence for a period of 180 days. <br />If you wish to commence work, you may obtain your permits for a fee of 5578.05. If the <br />work has begun or is soon to begin and you have neglected to pick up your permits, <br />please take this opportunity to do so. You will be given six months to begin work from <br />the date the permits are purchased. If you choose not to proceed with thrs project but <br />wish t t have your plans, theyy mayy be Icked up at this office.
