If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation <br />of cor pletion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Kecords <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
