November 27, 2013 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> BID AWARD —ANNUAL SUPPLY OF CONCRETE PRODUCTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Bader, <br /> to authorize the award of Bid 2013-080 for an annual supply of concrete <br /> products to Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC in the estimated <br /> amount of $193,567.91 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Roberts, <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with <br /> DAH Corporation for information technology project assistance in the <br /> amount of$118,582.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1310-43 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Hannabrook Park Playground Improvements", Fund 354, Program <br /> 044, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Murphy, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1310-43 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 337 <br />
