Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2006 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />City Amendment 3004-07, Section4, V, required the elevator to accommodate a 24" x <br />84" ambulance stretcher in the horizontal open position and identified by the <br />international symbol for emergency medical services (Star of Life). The symbol shall <br />not be less than 3" high and shall be placed inside on both sides of the hoistway door <br />frame. <br />2. IMC 306.5 requires a permanent roof access. <br />3.
