Kirk Brooks
To: Jane Zimmerman
Subject: RE: 4418 Evergreen Way
Jane, based on the chart information I have, there is a high probability that the existing side -sewer is a 4", which would not
be acceptable for the commercial use. I will note on the plans that they need to rebuild it out to the main and that they need
to avoid conflicts with the new drainage system. This should be easily accomplished since the main appears to be 9 or 1 Oft
deep at this location. Thanks for your help. Kirk
From:
Jane Zimmerman
Sent:
Tuesday, April 08, 2008 3:45 PM
To:
Kirk Brooks
Subject:
4418 Evergreen way
Hi Kirk -
I slopped in and looked at the plans for 4418 Evergreen Way. I had asked for clearance info for the storm drain/side
sewer crossing in the parking lot - they haven't provided it. And given the lack of any elevations on the side sewer (which
was one of the reasons I asked for the invert elevation of the existing side sewer they are tying into - and I thought that
information would also be necessary to determine if it was even feasible to tie into the existing side sewer) I simply cannot
tell if there is a conflict or not.
If you're willing to sign them, go ahead. I'm not without some idea of whether or not there is going to be a utility conflict in
the parking lot.
Thanks.
Jane
